Thing is, I never read manga, visited discussion forums for it, or used any of the potential other sources of spoiler material you can think of. So, your comment is pointless. Without any foreknowledge I spotted this exact thing after just one or two episodes of the princess / servant girl being introduced. My deduction of plot was purely through observation powers… and the ability of the writers / animators to present things for me to observe.
Yo why does this feel like a new intro sequence rather than earlier? Most of the scenes had already been in previous episodes…?
Dang, no wonder Concubine Loulan is so mysterious, not much is known about her due to the minimal interaction and screen time of her.
