This might be up there with clevatess. This middle age, action fantasy genre, is really being done well. I love how plot points are revealed on a need to know basis, it makes things a lot more interesting to speculate with the character. Also the animation for this was unbelievable!
This seems like a good start to a show, but comparing to Clevatess is a bit odd. That wasn’t a great show.

That’s a really good direction to take the whole hero part and it is definitely a first for me. This combined with the animation can probably make it a really good fucking series. Looks promising.

The animation quality in this episode was insanely high for the most part.
That being said? This is YET ANOTHER anime using the trope of “I was betrayed and now everyone looks down on me, but I am secretly the strongest and will save the world”.
Ugh… why couldn’t this high quality animation have been without the horrid spam anime plot? :/
Still too freaking good to stop watching, but I definitely lost a lot of my enjoyment once they revealed the betrayed plot 4 minutes before the end. :/
