This was actually pretty wholesome. This will probably one of those, the journey is more important than the destination type stories, which I appreciate.
I agree with Bros. It didn’t quite punch the same notes as a top tier anime, meaning an anime that draws in everyone regardless of genre preference such as Frieren, but it was still a very impressive start. It was very wholesome despite how much it tugs on the emotions. (Seriously for a few seconds thought it would succeed in being a tear jerker on the first episode!) I will definitely be adding this series to my watch list.
