Animation looks like it was done by a single person on Flash Studios circa 2005 … but the background art is well drawn and the story is sound and so far I’m enjoying it.

You’re not wrong really about the animation being terrible. I almost suspect that the manga writer for this story was jealous that no animation studio would pick up their own story so decided to just draw it themself. Who needs actual animators, right? Either that or their kid really wanted to animate it and the proud parent is spoiling their every wish by giving them a platform to animate.
I actually like it, the stles a bit janky but it’s nice and refreshing wish the episodes were longer tho
Even though this is definitely not one of the best animated shows out there, I find it quite charming 🙂
