Honestly, my only complaints about this is that the rose filter is too cliched for my taste and also that every significant male character seems to fall for her at the first interaction…
So your only complaint is that this is technically an anime made primarily for pre-teen to teen girls… yet is still done well enough that people outside that group can still enjoy it? Got it!
But in all seriousness, it could have been a lot worse. Most of the anime that fit into that exact demographic tend to be quite over the top with other things such as over emphasis on the wardrobe or have some oddities such as either a shota char or weirdly close BL male models. xD
I’ve watched similar anime before and none of them had a rose filter as obnoxious as that. Either way, I’m still enjoying it and will definitely continue watching.
