… I tried, but giving it up now. It has some good points going for it which intrigued me, and its plot timeline of the recent past intrigued me, but that’s also where it lost me. Between the two episodes there has just been too much that I can not tolerate. Between historical social inaccuracies, random “tell, not show” (aka opposite of the general good fiction rule of thumb “show, not tell”) monologues, and bizarre juxtapositions I have just hit my limit.
