Final Episode
Gotta say, I am getting extremely tired of the old “Defeating the demon king with the power of [Insert bullshit here] on the final episode” trope…
I need something original cuz you ALWAYS know the MC is about to win, so there’s 0 climax to be found.
Still a solid show tho
-Bad finale and uninteresting villain (the dumb prince had more presence in his scenes).
-Great character dynamics and interactions.
-The worldbuilding is consistent.
-Original MC: she’s so perfect as the country saint when the story starts that she has to learn how to be human and how to be a bit selfish. In that sense, her perfection was her greatest flaw.
I always had a soft spot for shows like this and not to mention, Philia’s smile at the end! That was gorgeous, really gotta thank the animators for the fabulous work.
My only complaint is a big plot hole they introduced in this and previous episode just to push the main romance. Previous episode they deliberately limited the party size by claiming the cat demon guy could only take a couple people with him… this episode he not only took back those same people but also the bad prisoner prince and the MC as well. If he used multiple trips to include the extra people, then why couldn’t he have used multiple trips to increase the attack party size?
